RACC-FSC_v3.2 updates the default residential and commercial HVAC refrigerant-charge assumptions using the final May 2026 CalNEXT ET25SWE0036/ET25SWE0037 analysis. The update revises equipment- and refrigerant-specific charge values and normalizing units in the Refrigerant Research and Device Builder tables and refreshes the embedded DEER support.
This version is provided as a static workbook with database connections removed; a PostgreSQL/ODBC driver and Excel “Refresh All” are not required. Users should download the latest version posted on CEDARS and verify baseline and measure refrigerant-charge assumptions. The completed RACC-FSC workbook shall be submitted as an addendum to each applicable eTRM measure package involving a change in refrigerant type or charge or requiring a fuel-substitution test. |
